For the survey of the recommendable personnel service providers, on the one hand personnel managers in companies and on the other hand candidates were interviewed who had already been placed by personnel service providers or had been employed there within the framework of temporary employment. The top personnel service providers are awarded in the categories "Executive Search", "Professional Search", "Temporary Employment" and "Freelancer Placement". The surveys for the two top lists were conducted via the career network Xing and online access panels.
