As the founder and managing director of Personal Total GmbH, and the resulting umbrella brand HR Consult Group AG, Dr. Armin Betz was one of the first German HR consultants on the market. He developed several nationwide brands that continue to operate successfully today. From the very beginning, he has fostered the community of HR consultants, which benefits from the expertise of our team.
Having previously served on the supervisory board, Ralf Prechtl eventually joined HR Consult Group AG as a member of the board. Thus, he was already intimately familiar with the processes, framework, and people involved. At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models, as well as the continuous development of systems and processes in HR consulting.
