APTITUDE ASSESSMENT
Assessing a potential new employee during the recruitment process places high demands on everyone involved. Filling a position with the wrong person leads to high follow-on costs in the future, either through having to re-advertise the role during the probationary period or due to sub-optimal performance. The key question is therefore which candidate best meets the requirements of the specific job profile.
We support the selection process by using standardised aptitude assessment methods that identify the personality traits relevant to the role. Of particular importance here are ‘best practice’ profiles of successful job holders, which highlight the characteristics critical to success in the vacant role.
