In order to show our readers Germany's top personnel service providers, FOCUS Business once again commissioned the independent market research company Statista GmbH to research Germany's best personnel service providers and career portals.

To identify the most recommended personnel service providers, HR managers in companies were surveyed, as were candidates who had already been placed by personnel service providers or had been employed there on a temporary basis. The top personnel service providers are recognized in the categories "Executive Search," "Professional Search," "Temporary Work," and "Freelancer Placement." The surveys for the two top lists were conducted via the career network Xing and online access panels.
