To determine the most recommended recruitment agencies, we surveyed both HR managers within companies and candidates who had already been placed by recruitment agencies or were employed by them as temporary staff. The top recruitment agencies are recognized in the categories "Executive Search," "Professional Search," "Temporary Work," and "Freelancer Placement." The surveys for the two top lists were conducted via the Xing career network and online access panels.
