CANDIDATE PRESENTATION

Preselection / candidates
From all the researched profiles, which we have compiled and identified in a "longlist", we select the most suitable candidates and summarize them in a "shortlist".

Suitability diagnostics
We carry out an aptitude assessment with the candidates from the shortlist. We use modern aptitude diagnostics and mirror candidates with comparative profiles from their professional group.

Interview and dossier
We always invite the most suitable candidates to a personal interview.
We compile the detailed dossier after a thorough analysis of the potential candidates. It includes the interview summary, the original application documents with photograph, certificates and references as well as the aptitude assessment.

Presentation and selection 

After submitting the confidential dossiers, the consultants present the candidates to our clients in person. On request, we can accompany the interviews until the contract is signed.
