In our Outplacement/Newplacement Competence Center, we support your former employees or private clients in their search for a new job.

In order to increase the chances of success of the applications, we provide advice within a stringent process, starting with the definition of the target positions and the analysis of the reasons that led to a separation.
With the help of aptitude diagnostic tools, we help you to recognize your own strengths and interests in order to highlight them accordingly in the application process.
We also offer comprehensive support in the design and compilation of application documents, including the provision of suitable open positions from the open and hidden job market. Finally, employees receive training for their job interviews and coaching when they start work.

Advice is provided exclusively in the form of individual coaching sessions and usually lasts between three and six months.
We are also happy to support and advise private clients in designing an individual new placement.
