In our Outplacement/Newplacement Competence Center, we support your former employees or private clients in their search for a new job.

To increase the chances of success of applications, we provide advice within a stringent process, starting with the definition of the target positions and the analysis of the reasons that led to a separation.
With the help of aptitude diagnostic tools, we help you identify your own strengths and interests in order to highlight them accordingly in the application process.
We also offer comprehensive support in designing and compiling application documents, including providing suitable open positions from the open and hidden job market. Finally, employees receive training for their interviews and coaching upon starting work.

The consultation takes place exclusively within individual coaching sessions and usually lasts three to six months.
We are also happy to support and advise private clients in designing an individual new placement.
