At our Outplacement/Newplacement Centre of Excellence, we support your former employees or private clients in their search for a new job.

To maximise the chances of success for applications, we provide advice as part of a rigorous process, starting with the definition of the target roles and an analysis of the reasons that led to the departure.
Using aptitude assessment tools, we help you identify your own strengths and interests so that you can highlight them effectively during the application process.
We also offer comprehensive support with the preparation and compilation of application documents, right through to providing details of suitable vacancies from both the open and hidden job markets. Finally, employees receive training for their job interviews and coaching when they start work.

The counselling takes place exclusively in one-to-one coaching sessions and generally lasts between three and six months.
We are also happy to support and advise private clients on designing a bespoke new placement.
