Many years of experience as a specialist and/or manager: We generally assume that an interim manager has at least 15 years of professional experience; depending on the type of assignment, we expect at least 10 years of management experience for leadership positions. However, this is a secondary criterion for assignments involving specialists, such as in controlling or IT. For corporate mandates, we place candidates who have previously held C-level positions.

Industry and functional expertise: Many companies rely on experts they have already worked with for various projects and to fill temporary vacancies. We do not believe in generalist expertise and seek out the best experts with specialist knowledge for every challenge.
