Many years of experience as a specialist and/or manager: We generally assume that an interim manager has at least 15 years of professional experience; depending on the nature of the mandate, we expect at least 10 years of management experience for management positions. However, for assignments of specialists/experts, such as in controlling or IT, this is a secondary criterion. For corporate mandates, we place candidates who have previously held C-level positions.

Industry and functional expertise: Many companies rely on experts they have previously worked with for various projects and to bridge vacancies. We don't believe in a generalist approach and seek the best, most technically skilled expert for every challenge.
