doneMany years of experience as a specialist and/or manager: We generally assume that an interim manager has at least 15 years of professional experience; depending on the type of mandate, we expect at least 10 years of management experience in management positions. However, this is a subordinate criterion for assignments involving specialists, e.g. in controlling or IT. For board mandates, we place candidates who have previously worked at C-level.
doneIndustry and functional know-how: Many companies rely on experts they have already worked with for various projects and vacancy bridging. We do not believe in generalist expertise and look for the best expert for every challenge.
