Dr Armin Betz

A constant presence in the German recruitment consultancy sector. As founder and managing director of Personal Total GmbH, and of the umbrella brand HR Consult Group AG that grew out of it, Dr Armin Betz was one of the first German recruitment consultants on the market. He developed several brands operating throughout Germany, which continue to operate successfully on the market to this day. From the very beginning, he has fostered the community of recruitment consultants, which benefits from the expertise of our team.

Having previously served on the supervisory board, Ralf Prechtl eventually joined HR Consult Group AG as a member of the executive board. As a result, he was already thoroughly familiar with the processes, the framework conditions and the key players. At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models, as well as the continuous development of systems and processes in HR consultancy.

What can you expect?

Once the vocational aptitude assessment has been completed, it takes approximately 1–2 working days for us to receive the results. As soon as we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will send them to you straight away. The aptitude assessment provides you with valuable guidance, but is no substitute for personal career advice.
