The basis of the Start-up Special
There’s a brilliant business idea with enthusiastic founders

The next round of funding is just around the corner and has been finalised
A sound business plan has been drawn up
Having the right staff available at the right time is essential to achieving the growth target
The challenge for start-ups
Based on the business plan, there are specific figures and requirements regarding the necessary staffing levels.
Until now, there has been no need to bring in an external recruitment specialist. Where necessary, staff requirements have been met using in-house resources or by asking staff to work extra hours.
Recruiting staff „in advance“ is neither possible nor affordable.
Now that the next round of funding has been secured, it is essential to implement all measures relating to recruitment and selection as quickly as possible.
Valuable time can be wasted trying to find qualified staff yourself or seeking professional recruitment support.
A lack of experience, or only limited experience, in recruitment and selection leads to poor hiring decisions and increased staff turnover.
It is not uncommon for growth targets to be missed due to delays in recruitment or key positions remaining unfilled, meaning they have to be adjusted and postponed
